Our licence number is 202889C, ensuring all work is carried out legally and professionally.

Warranty

Every new project comes with an organised warranty to give our clients confidence in the quality and longevity of our work. Warranties are required by law and protect consumers in cases of faulty or incomplete work, contractor insolvency, or unforeseen circumstances.

Work Cover

All employees are covered under Work Cover insurance, safeguarding against any potential injuries while on the job.

Contract Works Insurance

Our residential construction projects are protected by comprehensive Contract Works insurance, including:

• Property Damage: $100,000

• Public Liability: $10,000,000

• Products Liability: $10,000,000

Defects and Warranties

All work is covered under a ‘defects and liability period,’ typically 13 weeks, though this may vary depending on the project.

Structural Defects

Structural work is backed by a 7-year warranty, accounting for fair wear and tear, ensuring long-term peace of mind for our clients.
