Warranty

We organise Warranty for every new client project.

Warranty is required by law and it is designed to protect consumers from faulty and incomplete work, where the contractor becomes insolvent, dies or disappears.

Work Cover

Empire Interior Plastering has work cover insurance for all employees to cover any potential injuries while on the job.

Contract Works insurance

Our Contract Works insurance for residential construction includes the following:

Property Damage $100,000
Public Liability $10,000,000
Products Liability $10,000,000

Defects and Warranties

All work done comes with a warranty known as the ‘defects and liability period’. This is usually 13 weeks, however, it can vary from project to project.

Structural Defects

You are covered by a 7 year warranty for structural defects, taking into account fair wear and tear.
